I wanted to handmake something as a gift to someone I care deeply about. Based on previous information that I gathered about what they need, I gave myself the following requirements: 

  • a foot rest that is transformable into a box for easy storage and transport
  • it may heat up to warm the feet
  • aesthetics inspired by Dieter Rams
  • includes LED light for better room ambience
